Hannah Oliver is the founder of Empower Horizons, bringing over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing across various industries. With a passion for helping others reach their potential, Hannah's diverse background has shaped her approach to empowering individuals and organizations alike. She holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University (WGU), and has dedicated her career to making meaningful connections that drive growth and success.

Throughout her career, Hannah has hosted events such as Talent on Tap, which focused on helping employers overcome employment barriers, and facilitated Job Search Skills classes through local adult education programs. She has worked closely with local chambers of commerce to bring quality events to her community and even ran her own small business during the COVID-19 pandemic, connecting local artisans with new customers.

Based in Southern Maine, Hannah continues to be deeply committed to personal growth, community development, and helping others unlock their potential. It’s this passion that led her to found Empower Horizons, a consulting firm focused on providing tailored services that guide individuals and employers toward success.
